Event organizers may make 1 post informing our readers of their event in this forum. They may then reply to any questions they are asked in the thread.
Multi-day conventions, festivals, etc, count as one event. You can not make 1 thread about your convention's AMV contest, and another about your Masquerade. Your entire festival/convention counts as 1 event.
Please make sure that your post has, at the very minimum, the following information:
Name of your event
date & location of your event
cost to attend you event
a brief description of your event
a link to your official website for more information
The title (subject) of your post must be informative, and not promotional. Ie: "Anime Expo 2014, Los Angeles, July 3-7," not "Come have a great 4th of July Weekend at AX!"
Be conservative with your post, if our moderators feel that you have crossed the line between "informing" and "advertising," your posts will be deleted and you will be banned.
