45 Minute Tenshi on Cartoon Network

Cartoon Network has aired the Tenchi Muyo! Episode "Night Before Carnival" was a 45 minute block followed by a 15 minute episode of the Powerpuff Girls.
This is rather out of the ordinary and noteable because Cartoon Network broke the traditional 30 minute schedule format in order to include this episode.
