Sakura Movie and TV Series

Mitsuhisa Ishikawa, CEO and President of Production I.G, announced that I.G would be producing a feature film based on the Sakura Wars OAV series. The movie is being co-produced with King Record and Star Child and is expected to arrive in theatres some time next year.
Meanwhile, the new Sakura Wars TV series bagan it's television run earlier this spring in Japan.
Production I.G is best know for producing Jin-Roh, The Evangelion movies and Armitage III.
