Funimation licenses Spirit of the Past

Funimation announced this weekend at AnimeNext that they've licensed Gonzo's theatrical feature Spirit of the Past. The film, formerly known simply as "Spirit", debuted at Cannes Film Festival; Funimation Films has scheduled it for a theatrical run in December 2006, with a DVD release following in the first quarter of 2007.
