Kiddy Grade Digest Movies

According to the official website three Kiddy Grade digest movies are being produced for release in 2007. Each movie will run 80-90 minutes in length and will feature new animation in addition to re-cut animation from the original series. They will be screened theatrically for 2-week at Theatre Shinjuku.
The first movie, Kiddy Grade: Ignition-, will be screened April 7-20; the second movie, Kiddy Grade: Maelstrom- will be screened June 23-July 6; and the final movie, Kiddy Grade -Turth Dawn-, will be screened September 1-14. Tickets will be sold for 1500 yen in advance and 1800 yen at the door.
As previously reported, a second Kiddy Grade TV series, Kiddy Grade 2, is currently in production. Although the original Kiddy Grade series was produced at Gonzo, Kiddy Grade 2 will be animated by asread, the studio that animated Shuffle!
