165,625 Go to Jump Festa—More Than TGS, TAF's Public Days

The animeanime.biz website reported on its Twitter account that 165,625 people attended Shueisha's Jump Festa 2011 event during the December 18-19 weekend. Jump Festa is the annual event devoted to Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, along with the manga, anime, and other works related to the magazine.
For comparison, the Game Watch website reported that 158,654 attended the two public days of this year's Tokyo Game Show, and 105,529 people attended the two public days of Tokyo International Anime Fair. The turnstile attendance of Comic Market 78, Japan's largest manga event, was 560,000 across four days in August.
