The 43rd issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine revealed on Wednesday that Miki Yoshikawa's Yamadakun to Nananin no Majo manga has sold over two million copies.

The story of the original manga begins when Yamada, the high school's worst problem child, bumps into the beautiful honor student Shiraishi on the stairs, and their lips touch as they fall. When they regain their wits, they realize that they have swapped bodies. As time progresses, the two realize that this is not the only mysterious happening in the school.

Yoshikawa launched the manga in Weekly Shōnen Magazine last year, and Kodansha published the ninth volume of the manga this month. A live-action adaptation of the manga began airing on the Fuji TV channel on August 10.
