Soul Eater Not! TV Anime Slated for April 8

The April issue of Square Enix's Monthly Shonen Gangan magazine is announcing on Wednesday that the anime of Atsushi Ohkubo's Soul Eater Not! manga will premiere on TV Tokyo and its affiliates on April 8. New episodes will debut on the channel every Wednesday at 1:40 a.m. To celebrate the broadcast, the magazine will bundle special Soul Eater Not! bonus items in the following three issues.
Main cast members from the original Soul Easter anime are reprising their roles in the new series. Playing the characters debuting in Soul Eater Not! are Takahiro Sakurai as Akane, Seiichirō Yamashita as Flay, Mikako Komatsuas Eternal Feather, and Kotori Koiwai as Kana Altair.
Masakazu Hashimoto is directing the anime at BONES, and Satoshi Koike is designing the characters for the series. Asami Tachibana and Yuuki Tachibana are scoring the anime's music.
