Ninja War Sakura, Kakashi Join Naruto SUN Storm Revolution Game

This year's 35th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is announcing on Monday that Sakura Haruno (Hyakukō no In version) and Kakashi Hatake (Great Ninja War version) will join the roster of Namco Bandai Games' Naruto Shippūden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution (Narutimate Storm Revolution) fighting game.

The game will feature new gameplay mechanics, including the Combination Ultimate Jutsu attacks that allow players to combine powers to create more powerful techniques. The game will also feature more than 100 playable characters from both the Naruto and Naruto Shippūden anime.

CyberConnect2 is again developing the fighting game, and Namco Bandai Games will ship the game on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on September 11 in Japan. The game will include the event anime Naruto Shippūden Sunny Side Battle!!! and a downloadable apron costume for Itachi as pre-order bonuses. The company has already announced that the game will debut on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC/Steam in North America on September 16 and in Europe on September 12.
