Discotek Streams 1st Chargeman Ken Anime Episode

7-minute episode debuted in 1973
Discotek Media began streaming the first seven-minute episode of the Chargeman Ken! television anime series on Wednesday. The video is available in Japanese with English subtitles.
Knack Productions produced the series of 65 five-minute episodes in 1973, and gained popularity for its low quality after Line Communications released the series on DVD in Japan in 2007. The story focuses on 10-year-old Ken, who transforms into a superhero to protect earth from invaders called Juralians.
Discotek Media announced last August that it planned to stream the series and release it on DVD.
