Seven Seas Entertainment Seeks a Higher Education With Akashic Records of the Bastard Magical Instructor Manga License

(LOS ANGELES, October 28, 2016) – Seven Seas Entertainment is pleased to announce the license acquisition of Akashic Records of the Bastard Magical Instructor.

Based on the popular light novel by the Japanese author Tarō Hitsuji and featuring the art of Japanese manga artist Aosa Tsunemi, Akashic Records of the Bastard Magical Instructor is a new ongoing manga series that follows a young woman as she trains to become a powerful magic user against all educational odds.

Sisti is a magic-user in training who attends a prestigious magical academy where she hopes to be trained by the best of the best. However, when her instructor suddenly retires, his replacement is anything but what Sisti had hoped for—idle, incompetent, and always late!
